Store your Veyna ring in the black matte box or a soft pouch when not wearing it, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals as these can affect the silver over time.
Use the Veyna silver polishing cloth included in your box to gently buff the ring and restore its shine whenever needed.
Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising for longest wear.

Shipping and Returns
All Veyna rings are handcrafted to order in our Jaipur workshop. Please allow 3-7 business days for your piece to be made, quality checked, and packed. You'll receive a tracking link by email once it's on its way.
Shipping within India is free on all orders and takes 3-6 business days after dispatch. International orders ship at a flat rate of ₹1,200 (~$12) and arrive in 9-18 business days after dispatch.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for damaged or defective items only. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photograph, and we'll take it from there.
